What's your favorite place you have visited?
Dubai for of how exciting and impressive it is. The city represents luxury, extravagance, and ambition. It is the youngest and one of the most futuristic cities in the world with some of the most environmentally friendly initiatives on the horizon, ready to make an impact on the world. The Dubai skyline is ultramodern with beautiful design and cutting-edge architecture. It is truly a sight to behold!
During our trip, we met many people from around the world who decided to uproot their lives and move to Dubai after visiting it just a few times. What made us fall in love with the city even more was the inspiring, happy, and forward-thinking culture.
What’s the best thing you have seen while travelling?
Hiking to a hidden gem in Gadmen Switzerland. The Triftbahn Bridge is pedestrian-only suspension bridge spanning 100 meters (330 ft) high and 170 meters (560 ft) long. It has spectacular views of a lake which was formed by the slow melting of the Trift Glacier throughout the years.
What’s your best travel story?
During out trip to Puerta Vallarta Mexico, we did a night show excursion on an island nearby that did not have any electricity. The island was instead lit by candles and lanterns which guided visitors to an Aztec show performed by actors and a romantic dinner after. While sipping on cocktails and jamming to a live performance by Elvis Presley (native actor), we ended up befriending a Canadian couple over dinner. We had such a great time with them that they invited us to spend the following day with them exploring the local side of the city. They picked us up in their open-top Jeep and we explored Sayulita, a cute little town a few hours away from our resort. Being spontaneous led us to have an unexpected adventure which made our trip unforgettable.
